Adrenaline Lacrosse is on the road again for the second annual Western Prime event which hosts the top western club programs at one of the nation’s most renowned event facilities, the Ford Center at The Star (Frisco, TX). This event brings together elite club programs and college coaches for three days worth of competitive games, NCAA instruction, film sessions, chalk talks and much more. The event has expanded to include girls divisions for the Western Prime tournament as well as the addition of an inaugural western girls All American Game. In its 9th year, it only seems fitting to host the boys and now girls All American Games in an NFL stadium. These top western players deserve the upmost recognition, which is why we are blowing the trumpet louder than ever with Lacrosse media moguls Inside Lacrosse, TLN and Lacrosse All Stars on site all weekend long. Western Prime games will run Friday through Sunday, with a break in competition on Saturday for the All American boys and girls games at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM (CT), respectively.

Western Prime is a boutique event capped at 18 boys teams and 12 girls teams across the 2019, 2020 and 2021 graduation years. Among the premier regional programs competing on the boys side are RC Lacrosse (SoCal), San Diego United (SoCal), ADVNC Lacrosse (NorCal), Chaos Lacrosse (TX), Iron Horse Lacrosse (TX), Doco Lacrosse (CO), Venom KC (KS) and Vegas Strong (NV). The girls divisions will feature West Coast Starz (SoCal), GRIT (TX), Tenacity (NorCal), Iron Horse (TX), Seattle Starz (WA) and LaxKong (TX). Every program attending this event has been dominate in their respective regions. For any teams looking to compete in 2019, they can attend our Western Shootout (boys only) and/or Adrln Challenge events as a means to qualify for the following year. Each team will compete in a five game championship format over the course of the weekend. All tournament games on Saturday will be live streamed on the Adrenaline YouTube channel for parents, families, and coaches to watch nationwide! For live score updates & rankings, check out Tourney Machine.

Aside from games, teams will be treated to NCAA led educational opportunities including pre-game chalk talks with various college coaches on day one, followed by game film sessions and NCAA led clinics in day two. Navy, Princeton, Rutgers, Harvard, Vermont and Utah are among the mens college coaches attending the event. Oregon, Cal Berkeley, Fresno State, Bucknell, Monmouth, Towson and Louisville will represent the womens NCAA coaches in attendance, among others. Exclusive access and tours of the Ford Center for all programs is also included. The tournament will conclude on Sunday with the crowning of three division champions for both boys and girls. All championship games will be live streamed on the Lax All Stars Youtube channel.

In addition to Western Prime, Saturday will feature back-to-back Adrenaline All American Games with rosters comprised of the top 2018 committed players from the western U.S. In its 9th year, this live broadcasted game captures the attention of the nation as the top players in the west for both girls and boys will battle it out in a North vs. South game. The coaching staffs for both North and South teams are made up of high caliber lacrosse icons, whether they be former or current collegiate players, and/or club directors who have built a lacrosse dynasty in their respective western regions. For those attending the games, the first 200 fans will receive free Adrenaline socks and be entered to win free apparel during half time. Adrenaline will also offer a free set of uniforms for the program that has the most players in attendance! For those who cannot be with us at The Star, both games will be broadcasted live on the TLN YouTube channel (tune in for pre game fifteen minutes before game time)! Adrln Recruiting & West Coast Starz director, Jono Zissi, and Matt Kinnear with Inside Lacrosse will commentate the live stream of the boys game, while current WPLL Philly Fire midfielder, Lauren Lea, will lead the show on the girls side.

Adrenaline staff will welcome the All American players on Friday night at the annual AA banquet hosted at the Celebration Hall down the street from The Star. Players will receive their off-field gear before turning their attention to guest speaker Jacob Schick, an American sniper and war hero. Schick is a professional speaker and actor who inspires the youth and people around him daily (www.22kill.com).

AA players will prepare for their games Saturday morning with media sessions and facility tours before heading into the locker rooms to suit up for the big stage. Each player will be decked out in head-to-toe custom AAA team apparel, supplemented by sponsored gear from STX. The boys game has featured countless NCAA All Americans and Pros, and this year’s rosters prove no different. Past #AAA18 standouts include Bubba Fairman (Maryland), Tucker Dordevic (Syracuse), Justin Anderson (UNC), Asher Nolting (High Point) Cade Van Raaphorst (Duke), Challen Rogers (Stony Brook), Joe Lang (Harvard), and more! Key players to note for this year’s game include Isaiah Dawson (Harvard), Quentin Buchman (Notre Dame), Evan Egan (UNC), Drew Erickson (Denver), Beau Pedersen (Princeton) and Justin Cheng (Notre Dame). The girls game is laden with top NCAA talent, and we can’t wait to see who pulls off an MVP performance.

Adrenaline is proud to announce that Gatorade products will be onsite to help the athletes stay properly fueled and hydrated to perform at their best.
