Job Summary:

At Adrenaline, we offer a wide range of full custom team apparel and team gear to the top club and college lacrosse programs in the country. The Apparel Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the operations team with order entry, customer service, and team store execution. This position will work closely with our apparel team at Adrenaline HQ in San Diego, CA.


  • Work with customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about order status, returns, exchanges, and product issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns and questions.
  • Process new orders from sales reps in a timely fashion.
  • Make sure in-hand dates are met for customers.
  • Refer customer issues and questions to the Operations Manager if necessary.
  • Work with in-house production team to make sure the correct items are being produced.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Previous Experience with Customer Service
  • Ability to resolve conflict and or questions through email or phone.

    Job Summary:

    Adrenaline is accepting applications for a part-time Warehouse + Production Associate to work out of our headquarters in San Diego. This position would report directly to the warehouse manager, and opportunities for full-time and additional overtime hours may become available in the future.


    • Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
    • Processing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately
    • Inspecting products for defects and damages
    • Organize warehouse space
    • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
    • Assist warehouse team in all other projects

    • Prior experience working in a warehouse is a plus
    • Knowledge of the sport of lacrosse and its associated equipment

    Job Summary:

    Generate top line revenue by developing and maintaining current and new event sales in Tournaments, Clubs, Recruiting, Team Apparel, and Training programs.  Serve as a liaison between Adrenaline and sports community to increase business and develop relationships to grow events and apparel.


    • Build and maintain network to grow youth tournaments, clubs, recruiting, apparel and training programs.
    • Develop and foster customer relationships to promote and grow event sales/ apparel.
    • Coordinate with program directors to promote and sell event participation/ apparel.
    • Regularly meet and communicate with employees and management on the health of tournaments, clubs, recruiting, and training programs and goals.
    • Work closely with event operations and sales team, and other departments to problem solve customer issues, requests and leads on potential customer and/or sale.
    • Ensure meticulous communication at all times with sales and events team.
    • Use and maintain contacts in CRM system.
    • Be available to help at events with retail sales (Roadshow) and event reach out.
    • Attend sales meeting as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • Must have sales experience – Candidates ideally will have worked in the lacrosse industry prior.

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment (e.g. calculator, copy machine, printer).

    At Adrenaline, we are part professional lacrosse, part lifestyle apparel, and part mission-based youth sports Events Company and seeking a student intern for our Events department.

    Internship Description:

    The Event management intern works closely with the event department in order to prepare for the upcoming events and work with onsite activation.

    This internship is a great opportunity for an individual who is flexible and enjoy learning in a positive “startup” environment that changes daily.  If you are organized, autonomous, collaborative, open minded with a bias for communication and efficiency, we want to hear from you.

    This is a paid internship to learn the ropes of event planning.

    Your Involvement in Event Planning: Pre/During/Post Event organization and more
