JUNIOR DESIGNER

Job Summary:

Adrenaline is accepting applications for a Junior Designer to join our famed western design team. We are looking for a designer to create engaging designs according to requirements specified – you will work under the supervision of a Design Director to produce high quality work for our Team & Events divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in various design projects from concept to completion
  • Produce mockups, tech packs, and engaging design solutions
  • Listen to feedback to hone skills and improve designs
  • Pitch creative ideas and new design concepts
  • Collaborate with team members to launch project

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Designer
  • Experience with design software (e.g. Illustrator) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. Logo creation)
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)
  • Teamwork skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude

    WAREHOUSE + PRODUCTIONS ASSOCIATES

    Job Summary:

    Adrenaline is accepting applications for a part-time Warehouse Associate to work out of our headquarters in San Diego. This position would report directly to the warehouse manager, and opportunities for full-time and additional overtime hours may become available in the future.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
    • Processing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately
    • Inspecting products for defects and damages
    • Organize warehouse space
    • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
    • Assist warehouse team in all other projects

    Requirements:

    • Team player with organizational skills
    • Ability to lift or move heavy objects
    • Prior experience working in a warehouse is a plus
    • Knowledge of the sport of lacrosse and its associated equipment

    SALES ASSOCIATE

    Job Summary:

    Generate top line revenue by developing and maintaining current and new event sales in Tournaments, Clubs, Recruiting, Team Apparel, and Training programs.  Serve as a liaison between Adrenaline and sports community to increase business and develop relationships to grow events and apparel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain network to grow youth tournaments, clubs, recruiting, apparel and training programs.
    • Develop and foster customer relationships to promote and grow event sales/ apparel.
    • Coordinate with program directors to promote and sell event participation/ apparel.
    • Regularly meet and communicate with employees and management on the health of tournaments, clubs, recruiting, and training programs and goals.
    • Work closely with event operations and sales team, and other departments to problem solve customer issues, requests and leads on potential customer and/or sale.
    • Ensure meticulous communication at all times with sales and events team.
    • Use and maintain contacts in CRM system.
    • Be available to help at events with retail sales (Roadshow) and event reach out.
    • Attend sales meeting as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Must have sales experience – Candidates ideally will have worked in the lacrosse industry prior.
    • Strong people relationship-building skills and good listener.
    • Be a creative thinker to overcome customer rejections.
    • Ability to influence behavior of others to achieve common goals.
    • Ability to flex, manage changing conditions and keep commitments.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to identify problems and inefficiencies and offer solutions for continuous improvement.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Effective problem solving and negotiation skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience in sales.
    • 3 years plus experience in Lacrosse world in sales, customer relations, and networking.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
    • Ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment (e.g. calculator, copy machine, printer).

    SUMMER EVENT MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP

    At Adrenaline, we are part professional lacrosse, part lifestyle apparel, and part mission-based youth sports Events Company and seeking a student intern for our Events department.

    Internship Description:

    The Event management intern works closely with the event department in order to prepare for the upcoming events and work with onsite activation.

    This internship is a great opportunity for an individual who is flexible and enjoy learning in a positive “startup” environment that changes daily.  If you are organized, autonomous, collaborative, open minded with a bias for communication and efficiency, we want to hear from you.

    This is a paid internship to learn the ropes of event planning.

    Your Involvement in Event Planning: Pre/During/Post Event organization and more

    • Learn Customer Service and Registration of Events
    • Assist in Creating Tournament Schedules
    • Organizing and Researching Vendors
    • Facility Research
    • Book Staff Travel
    • Training onsite at local events (with a possibility for travel)
    • Assisting in recruiter logistics
    • Preparing event materials

    Availability: Currently we are looking for summer interns!

    Compensation: Stipend for June through beginning of August
