ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST DEFECT AND DAMAGE OUTSIDE OF NORMAL TIME INDUCED WEAR AND TEAR. THE ADRENALINE SHIELD LOGO IS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE. CUSTOM EMBELLISHMENT ON ITEMS IS NOT GUARANTEED AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR. TO GET A SHIELD LOGO RE-AFFIXED OR TO SEE IF A DAMAGED ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR PLEASE SEND YOUR ITEM TO:

Return/Exchange qualifications
Returns & Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If items are embellished, washed, worn, or used they will NOT be accepted. Original tags must be attached. Items purchased at an event are NOT eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Policy
Please fill out the Return and Exchange form at the bottom of the page. Once we receive your item, our Returns Department will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 3-5 business of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, our Returns Department will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to make an exchange, please make a new purchase and follow the return/refund policy by filling out the Return and Exchange form at the bottom of the page. Once we receive your item, our Returns Department will process the refund for the item(s). You will receive the credit within a 3-5 business of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Wrong Item Received:
Fill out the contact us page and a customer service representative will help get you the correct item.
Damaged Items/ Warranty Policy
Claims must be filed within 30 days of receiving the item. Please use the contact us page to file the claim. Don’t forget to attach photos! Our quality insurance team will review and notify you about the status of the warranty.
