If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and to make things right! Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
You have 45 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom and embellished products are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or otherwise damaged on delivery.
Once we receive your item, our Returns Department will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the Return and Refund Policy above and make a separate purchase. Contact email@example.com by email to receive a Free Shipping Coupon to use on exchange purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with specific details and include images of the products. Our Returns Department will inspect the images and reply with instructions on return and replacement options.
