ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST DEFECT AND DAMAGE OUTSIDE OF NORMAL TIME INDUCED WEAR AND TEAR. THE ADRENALINE SHIELD LOGO IS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE. CUSTOM EMBELLISHMENT ON ITEMS IS NOT GUARANTEED AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR. TO GET A SHIELD LOGO RE-AFFIXED OR TO SEE IF A DAMAGED ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR PLEASE SEND YOUR ITEM TO:

You have 45 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included in the return packaging.
Custom and embellished products are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or otherwise damaged on delivery.

Once we receive your item, our Returns Department will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the Return and Refund Policy above and make a separate purchase.
