2015 NCAA Player Tracker: NCAA Tournament In View

As the end of the season comes to a close and the NCAA tournament gets underway this week, we are proud to announce several western players earning Post Season Individual Awards as well as a spot in the big dance and a chance at a National Title.

From the Northeast conference Kyle Mummau (Alpha- West Coast Starz- Tropics- Adrln All American), Collins Gantz (Adrln All American- Tropics), Cameron Ziegler (Alpha- West Coast Starz-Adrln All American) all earned All Conference honors from the Bryant Bulldogs.

America East showed Challen Rodgers (West Coast Starz- Adrln All American) on the first team and Stone Sims making the All Rookie Team.

In the Big East, Denver’s Wes Berg (West Coast Starz) & Eric Adamson (Kings- West Coast Starz- Adrln All American- Tropics) were unanimous first team decisions, while Christian Burgdorf (Adrln Tropics), Carson Cannon (Adrln All American) were also on the first team. Georgetown’s Charlie Ford ( Adrln All American), Ryan Laplante (Adrln All American), and Mike Riis (Alpha- West Coast Starz- Adrln Tropics) were all named to the Second Team.

In the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Drexel’s Michael Kay (RC- West Coast Starz- Adrln All American- Tropics) and Farifield’s Joe Rodrigues (ADVNC- Adrln All American) were named to the All Rookie Team.

In the Patriot League Army’s Cole Johnson (Seattle Starz- West Coast Starz- Adrln All American) was named to the Second Team and Colgate’s Anthony Abadessa (AZ Force- West Coast Starz- Adrln All American- Tropics) was named the conference Rookie of the Year!

In the ACC, Notre Dames Matt Kavanaugh (Adrln Tropics) was named to the first team unanimously.

In the Southern Conference, Richmond’s Eric Haehl ( Seattle Starz- West Coast Starz- Adrln All American- Tropics) and VMI’s Wesley Sanders (Adrln High Rollers) were named to the All Rookie Team.

In the Ivy League, Brown’s Dylan Molloy (West Coast Starz Coach) was named the leagues Player of the Year and took a spot on the first team.  Princeton’s Bear Goldstein (Adrln All American) was named to the second team while Harvard’s Walker Kirby (West Coast Starz Coach) & Joe Lang (ADVNC- Adrln All American) were named to the Honorable Mention list.

In the Big 10 Jesse King (Adrln Challenge All Star) was named to the First Team representing Ohio State.

In the MAAC, Manhattan’s Andrew Gresham and Monmouth’s Bryce Wasserman were named to the All Rookie Team!

While several of the Division III League Awards have not yet been decided thus far, we have a few Western players getting accolades.

In the CAC, Salisbury’s Knute Kraus (Kings- West Coast Starz- Tropics) was named the League’s Player of the Year!!!

In the NESCAC, Tufts John Uppgren (Tropics) was named a First Teamer, while Cole Bailey (Tropics) was named to the Second Team.

In the Liberty League, RPI’s Jake Wiedner ( Laxdawgs- West Coast Starz- Adrln All American) was named All Conference and in the Midwest Conference, JK Torres (Lazers- West Coast Starz) represented Aurora.
