Any schedule requests must be submitted in writing at least one month prior to the start of the event. We cannot guarantee any requests but will do our best to accommodate if received within this time frame.

When making your travel arrangements, please keep in mind that it is important for your team to be available to play its last game on Sunday. Please allow for the possibility of having a late game on that day. It is unfair to other participating teams to forfeit games on the last day due to poor travel planning. Games will end by 3:30 PM on the final day so please make sure you plan to play until then when you are making travel plans.

United States Air Force Academy Base Access Requirements

All visitors attending the Adrenaline Lacrosse Western Shootout (July 6–13) must complete the required base access process prior to arrival.

Who Must Complete the Base Access Form?

• All non-DoD ID holders who are 18 years of age or older
• Parents, family members, friends, and other spectators
• If multiple adults (18+) are traveling in the same vehicle, each adult must complete the form individually

Who Does Not Need to Complete the Form?

• DoD ID holders
• Anyone under the age of 18

International Visitors & Non-REAL ID Holders

Visitors who are not U.S. citizens or who do not possess a REAL ID must visit the Pass & Registration Office (PRO) located at the South Gate entrance to obtain a paper pass before entering the installation.

Important: Failure to complete the required base access process may result in denied entry to the United States Air Force Academy. Please complete all required steps before arriving to ensure a smooth entry process.

COACHES & DIRECTORS EXPECTATIONS

As a Coach/Director, I understand that:

• All of my players must be registered/paid prior to stepping foot on the field.  Any player not registered/paid will not be permitted to play.
• Eligibility requirements, at all levels of the game, must be followed.  Rules and requirements such as age, previous level of participation, and team transfers, have been established to encourage and maximize participation, fair play and to promote safety.  Adrenaline Tournament Rules can be found on each event page.
• I should always demonstrate positive behavior and reinforce these traits to players, parents, officials and spectators.  Players should be encouraged by coaches to demonstrate positive behavior and respect for teammates, opponents, officials and spectators.
• Spectators will be informed that positive behavior is required at all events and they should not get involved in any on field disputes.
• My first priority is the health and safety of the players assigned to my team.
• Grievances or misunderstandings between coaches, officials or any other parties involved with the sport should be communicated through the proper channels, never on the field of play or in view of spectators or participants.  All field tents have the ability to communicate with the Tournament Director or Main Information Tent.
• The use of profanity or vulgar language is unacceptable.
• The value of good sportsmanship, the concepts of fair play, and the skills of the game should always be placed above winning.

*REGISTRATION AS A FREE AGENT FOR EVENTS IS NOT GUARANTEED*

Players interested in participating in an event but are not on a team MUST register as a Free Agent on the Adrenaline website. There is a $1 non-refundable registration fee. If you are picked up by a team, an invoice for the full free agent fee will be created and needs to be paid before you are moved onto the team.

Once a player registers as a Free Agent, their contact information will be sent to all attending coaches/directors.

Adrenaline Lacrosse is a USA Lacrosse aligned tournament operator. In order create a safe and fair playing environment, the following age by division criteria must be followed by all attending boys and girls participants:

2030 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2011/ NO players currently in High School are eligible for this division
2031 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2012
2032 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2013
2033 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2014
2034 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2014

**Players must play within their graduation year division regardless of age 

Rocky Mountain State Games (RMSG) is Colorado’s largest annual multi-sports festival for athletes of all ages and athletic abilities. The 2026 Rocky Mountain State Games will be held with more than 12,000 athletes expected to participate in 35+ sports at premier venues in the Pikes Peak Region. Adrenaline Lacrosse partnered with RMSG to offer lacrosse as an official Rocky Mountain State Games sport in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and now again in 2026.
