Welcome to the 18th annual Adrenaline Western Shootout. The Western Shootout has become a vital team recruiting program on the Adrenaline calendar for Elite/HS players and now includes the MS/Youth divisions. Teams will play five games over a two day period to compete for the Western championship. Top rated facilities ensure excellent playing conditions while teams enjoy the hassle free experience provided by the events team with 22 years of lacrosse specific events experience. Rocky Mountain State Games (RMSG) is Colorado’s largest annual multi-sports festival for athletes of all ages and athletic abilities. The 2022 Rocky Mountain State Games will be held with more than 10,000 athletes expected to participate in 40+ sports at premier venues in the Pikes Peak Region. Adrenaline Lacrosse partnered with RMSG to offer lacrosse as an official Rocky Mountain State Games sport in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and now again in 2023.
Adrenaline’s vision is to capture the distinct aspects of each city we visit and provide a regional experience for the thousands of people in attendance. In order to accomplish this, Adrenaline curates the best food, shopping, and entertainment options in each location, and showcases them in the Adrenaline Vendor Village. There will be a boys All-Star Game (2024-2026 divisions) and a girls All-Star Game (Elite, HS AA, HS A & 2025) on Saturday. The girls game will be at 5:00 pm and the boys game will be at 6:00 pm. Both games will be played on the turf field across from the USAFA Field House. Club directors and college coaches are submitting nominations. Rosters will be posted here, on Instagram and at the info two hours before each game.
This event is part of The US Lacrosse Sanctioning Program, which provides best practices for tournament operators in order to create a more safe and consistent event. Through the adoption of the Sanctioned Tournament Standards, tournaments commit to providing the best possible lacrosse experience.
All tournament participants must be current US Lacrosse members in order to participate. US Lacrosse membership numbers will be collected and verified when completing tournament waivers. If you are not currently a member, or your membership is set to expire during the event, please visit US Lacrosse to register.
