LXTC LACROSSE IS NOW ADRENALINE COLORADO
Colorado’s premier youth and high school lacrosse program joins the Adrenaline Lacrosse network, giving local athletes a direct path to the country’s largest development and recruiting platform.
Adrenaline Lacrosse, an independently owned 25-year-old national lacrosse company behind West Coast Starz and hundreds of clubs, camps, and events across the country, today announced that LXTC Lacrosse, Denver’s premier youth and high school lacrosse program, has joined the Adrenaline family as Adrenaline Colorado.
The move brings Colorado’s most trusted lacrosse community into a coast-to-coast network built around a single idea: every athlete and family deserves an elite experience close to home and a real, visible path to the next level — without ever having to leave the club and coaches who got them there.
For the players, parents, and coaches who already call LXTC Lacrosse home, the headline is simple: nothing about your day-to-day experience is changing, and a great deal is being added to it.
Same Coaches. Same Teams. Same Community.
Denver Elite, Denver Pride, Denver Elite Box, and every camp, clinic, and rec partnership that runs today will keep running tomorrow — same staff, same schedule, same name on the front of the jersey. Adrenaline Colorado is not a replacement for what LXTC built since 2009; it is that same program, now with the weight of a national platform behind it.
“We are extremely proud of all our accomplishments at LXTC Lacrosse over the past 17 years. Denver Elite and Denver Pride have prepared many student-athletes to play in college and to succeed in life after sports. Our DU Pioneers Summer Camps remain one of the strongest instructional opportunities in the country. Training programs like Goalie Evolution Academy, 90 Degree Shooting, and Lockdown Academy provide players with some of the most advanced skill development anywhere. On top of this, we are fielding some of the best box lacrosse players and teams in the U.S. with our Denver Elite box program. Partnering with Adrenaline allows us to ramp up these offerings and provide the greatest experience possible for our players and families.” – Trevor Tierney, Co-Director of Operations, Adrenaline Colorado
What Colorado Athletes and Families Gain
- One connected pathway: A visible path from your first rec season, to club ball, to national recruiting exposure with West Coast Starz — without changing programs.
- National recruiting exposure: Official invite pipelines into Blackcard Showcase, Adrenaline recruiting events, and All-American nominations for athletes who are ready.
- A real recruiting staff: A dedicated recruiting director and staff of Division I coaches and champions working the Colorado pipeline full time.
- Gear and savings: 25% off adrln.com, discounted event registration, and access to Adrenaline’s manufacturing and team-store network — the same partner that outfits Notre Dame Men’s Lacrosse.
- More camps and training: Skill academies (90 Degree Shooting, Goalie Evolution Academy, Lockdown Lacrosse, Quickdraw Faceoff, and more), plus DU Ascension Prospect Camps and DU Pioneers Summer Camps on the University of Denver campus.
- The events you already love: Colorado’s calendar, Vail Lacrosse Tournament, The Final Say, Western Shootout, Western Showcase, and Battle in the Box, continue – now backed by a national events team.
LEADERS FROM THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE GAME
LXTC was founded in 2009 by University of Denver men’s lacrosse coaches Bill Tierney, Trevor Tierney, and Matt Brown, and grew into Colorado’s premier developmental program on the strength of its coaching, its retention, and the trust of its families. That leadership carries forward under Adrenaline Colorado.
- Trevor Tierney, Co-Director of Operations: Two-time NCAA champion at Princeton and the 2001 national goaltender of the year. Gold medalist with Team USA, and the first goalie in the sport’s history to win an NCAA title, a World Championship, and a Major League Lacrosse title.
- Matt Brown, Co-Director of Operations: Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at the University of Denver and offensive coordinator on the Pioneers’ 2015 national championship team. Also head coach of the Canadian National Team.
They’re joined by the LXTC staff who already know Colorado’s families — Jessie Gallant, Jack DiBenedetto, and Andrew Davies.
Part of a Growing National Network
Adrenaline Colorado joins a network that now spans the country: West Coast Starz on the national stage, Adrenaline Southeast anchored by Southeast Starz, and West Coast Starz – Girls launching this fall with more than 150 athletes already registered across ten states and Canada. Colorado’s boys’ and girls’ programs connect directly into that pipeline.
“Bringing LXTC Lacrosse into the Adrenaline family is a tremendous step for us in Colorado. Trevor, Matt, and their team have built one of the longest-standing and most substantial regional lacrosse organizations in the country, and great people like that always come first for us at Adrenaline. They embody our player-first mantra completely, and I’m excited to grow and build Adrenaline Colorado as one of our cornerstone regions. We’re not here to plant a flag and take players out of Colorado; we’re here to give Colorado’s players everything a national program offers without ever asking them to leave home. Your game stays local. Your opportunities go national.” — Alex Cade, Founder & CEO, Adrenaline Lacrosse
EXPANDING THE COLORADO NETWORK
Adrenaline Lacrosse’s footprint in Colorado did not start with this partnership. The company has run some of the state’s most competitive events for years — the Vail Lacrosse Tournament, The Final Say, and the Western Shootout — each already a fixture on the Colorado lacrosse calendar before Adrenaline Colorado existed. Bringing LXTC into the network connects those events to Denver Elite, Denver Pride, and the rest of the club’s programming, giving Colorado families one connected home for the events, coaching, and competition they already know, rather than a patchwork of separate touchpoints.
What’s Next
- This month: Adrenaline Colorado officially launches this September.
- This fall: Colorado athletes get an early look at the national platform, events, and recruiting pipeline this season.
- Ongoing: Families will hear directly from their club and coaches about registration, camps, and the new perks available to them — no action is needed right now.
