Coaches & Directors
Thank you for completing your event registration! Please follow the instructions below to ensure all players are eligible to participate in the tournament.
Please note, teams will forfeit any games played with unregistered players. In addition, recruiters will not receive contact information for unregistered players.
Eligibility
- PLAYERS: ALL players MUST register for the event to be eligible to play. Instructions on how to invite players are as follows:
Step 1: After you have registered your team on the registration system, please log on to your coaches account and go to the “Dashboard”
Step 2: Once you are on the dashboard you can scroll half way down to the “Staff Assignment” section. In this section you will see all your current teams registered. Under each team you will see “invite player” under each team name.
Step 3: Click this button and input all the parent or player emails. You can add a personal message here too.
Step 4: They will be sent a link to register directly for your team. They must register as a “Team Player”
- COACHES: In addition to players registering, we are asking program directors to add your coaches for each team on as well, so they will be getting information onsite for the event. To complete this, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Proceed to your Team Dashboard through EventConnect. You have the ability to add managers and coaches yourself to your roster or by sending an invite link.
Step 2: To add managers to your team:
Start on your Salesforce dashboard (where you registered and paid for the event)
Choose ORDERS from the drop down menu in the top right.
Choose the ORDER NUMBER for the team you are looking for.
Choose the REGISTRATION link next to the team name.
This will direct you to EventConnect. Once in EventConnect, you can add coaches/managers by choosing MANAGE ROSTER, then ADD MEMBER.

- A USA Lacrosse Membership is required to participate as it is a USL Sanctioned Event.
- Failure to complete all of these steps will result in your team being removed from the event.
ROSTERS
- High School Teams: High School teams must submit their rosters via EventBeacon. Youth divisions do not need to submit rosters, but all players MUST be registered to be on a team’s roster.
- Please upload your rosters for the specific event you are attending. The roster must be copy and pasted exactly as this template excel example.

All rosters players must also be registered in EventConnect as well.
2028 and younger will not need to turn in rosters, but players must all be registered and within our Age Verification Guidelines.
This is for boys divisions only.2029 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2010
2030 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2011
2031 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2012
2032 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2013
2033 Division = Players cannot be born before March 1, 2014
