REGISTRATION FAQ

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT: player?

Go to the event page you’re registering for.

  • Click the green “Register Now” button.
  • This will direct you to sign into your Adrenaline account. If you do not have an account, you will have to create one as a Parent. You will also have to create a child profile in order to register your child.
  • Choose the division in which your team is registered under.
  • Select “MyChild”, then “Team Player” and fill out the required information requested for that specific event.
  • Click the next button, review your information and sign off on the waiver by checking the box. You will receive a confirmation email. Once registered, go back to your “My Family Account” to double check registration was successful. *Please note player registration is

 

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT: director/coach for team?

Click on the event page you’re registering for.

  • Click the green “Register Now” button.
  • This will direct you to sign into your Adrenaline account. If you do not have an account, you will have to create one. Choose the division in which your team is registering for.
  • Select “Myself as a Staff Member (i.e. Program Director, Team Coach)” then choose either “Program Director” or “Team Coach.”
  • Enter in the team name and other required information for that specific event.
  • Make sure you select a payment option!
  • Click next and proceed to the billing page. If you have a discount code, make sure to enter it in the required box.
  • Enter in your payment details and complete your registration. This will prompt you to the confirmation page and you will receive a confirmation email.
    *If registering more than one team: after entering your payment details, choose “save and add another team”. This will bring you through the same process. Once all your teams are added choose “complete” and finish the deposit payment for all your teams.

 

CANNOT REGISTER: FORGET PASSWORD/PASSWORD RESET
On the Log In page, click “Forget your password?” and enter your email address to receive instructions to reset password. *If you don’t receive instructions, please contact Customer Support and we will get back to you shortly to help!

 

CANNOT REGISTER: USL NUMBER WON’T VERIFY
If a US Lacrosse number won’t verify there are different error messages: “Your number is not valid because it expires before the end date of the program”, “Your zip code does not match the zip code in your USA Lacrosse account”, or “Your number is not valid”.

1) If the number expires; go to www.usalacrosse.com and sign into your account. From there you will be able to renew your membership number.

2) If the zip codes don’t match; the zip code in your USA Lacrosse account must match all zip codes in your Adrenaline account. Meaning check every member’s address in your Adrenaline account. You can do so by going back to your “Dashboard” then “My Family Account” and under “Actions” choose “edit.”

3) If your number is not valid; the number itself and your USA Lacrosse details do not match with your Adrenaline details. This means the names or addresses do not match.

CANNOT REGISTER: CREATING A CHILD PROFILE WON’T PROCEED WITH EMAIL
When creating a child profile, make sure the Email you’re entering does not already match the parent profile’s email address. Or if your child is younger than 13 years, our system will not let you enter an email address. *This field is not required, and our system will let you proceed without entering one.

 

FREE AGENT FAQ

WHAT IS FREE AGENCY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Players interested in participating in a tournament but are not on a team MUST register as a Free Agent on an event webpage.

How to register as a free agent:

  • Go to the event page you’re registering for.
  • Click the green “Register Now” button.
  • This will direct you to sign into your Adrenaline account. If you do not have an account, you will have to create one as a Parent. You will also have to create a child profile in order to register your child.
  • Choose “FREE AGENT REGISTRATION”.
  • Select “MyChild”, then “Free Agent” and fill out the required information requested for that specific event.
  • Click the next button, review your information and sign off on the waiver by checking the box.
  • If a Free Agent fee applies, the Free Agent must pay the fee.
  • You will receive a confirmation email. Once registered, go back to your “My Family Account” to double check registration was successful.
  • Once a player registers as a Free Agent, contact information will be sent to all attending coaches/directors. If a team needs an additional player, it is the coach/director’s responsibility to contact the Free Agent directly. If the player fee is set to $0, coaches/directors may set their own Free Agent price.
    * Please keep in mind that Free Agency is not guaranteed. If you do not hear from a coach/director the week of the tournament, it is assumed you will not get picked up. If they are not placed on a team, a full refund will be granted. Please contact Customer Support to let Adrenaline know you/your player was not placed.

WHAT EVENTS DO YOU OFFER?

All our events can be found under the “EVENTS” header tab.  We offer a variety of experiences from tournaments, recruiting clinics, and camps. Each range from youth levels all the way to the last year of high school.

WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER, REFUND, & FINANCIAL AID POLICY?

All policies can be found on each event webpage under the tab “POLICIES.”

WHAT DIVISIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE EVENT?

Divisions are based off player Graduation Year. Please view the event webpages to see what divisions are offered for each event. Players are always welcome to play up! No high school graduates are eligible unless otherwise stated! Out of country MS teams should contact Customer Support if they need assistance placing their team in the correct division.

WHEN WILL THE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE BE POSTED?

We will try and have the schedule posted as in advance as possible. We aim to have it posted 2 weeks prior to the tournament start date. Due to many variables it should be out the week of the tournament.

WHERE WILL THE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE BE POSTED?

The tournament schedule will be posted on Tourney Machine here https://www.tourneymachine.com/Home.aspx. Search the tournament starting with “Adrenaline…”

IS PARKING FREE?

A parking fee varies on the tournament. Please visit each event webpage under the tab “PARKING.”

DO YOU HAVE MEDICAL SUPERVISION AT YOUR EVENTS?

YES! There are certified athletic trainers on site during all games.

WILL THERE BE CONCESSIONS AT THE EVENT?

YES! At all Adrenaline events there will be a vendor village with food and apparel vendors and concessions.

IS THERE A LOST & FOUND?

YES! The Lost & Found is located at the main information tent.  If you have any questions regarding Lost & Found items after the event, please contact Customer Support.

 

 

 

 

 

TRAVEL FAQ

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT AN ADRENALINE APPROVED HOTEL?

YES. All families/players staying in a hotel MUST stay in an Adrenaline approved hotel. Adrenaline partners with hotels to secure the best rates possible! Approved hotels can be found on each event webpage under the “TRAVEL & LODGING” tab. If you have questions regarding our policy, please contact Customer Support.

CAN I ADD AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT TO MY HOTEL RESERVATION?

Please contact the hotel booking company for that specific event. Their email can be found under the “TRAVEL & LODGING” tab on the event webpage. 

MY TEAM BLOCK EXPIRED. CAN I STILL GET A ROOM AT THAT HOTEL?

If rooms are still available you will see the hotel rate listed on the booking link, accessible through the “TRAVEL & LODGING” tab on the event webpage.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR ADJUST MY RESERVATION?

There is a link in your confirmation email to modify or cancel your hotel reservation.

I NEED TO SETUP A ROOM BLOCK FOR MY TEAM, HOW DO I SET THAT UP?

You can put a block of rooms on hold for your team through the booking engine. Once you select your room nights and number of rooms to place in the block, you will see a blue button that says, ‘On Hold’. You will be asked for credit card to hold the rooms, but your card will not be charged for the on-hold block. Any rooms unclaimed by your block’s expiration (typically on week out from when rooms are placed on hold) will be released back to the general event hotel inventory.

CAN I CHANGE GROUP BLOCK RESERVATION DEADLINE?

Depending on hotel demand for the specific event, we may be able to extend your group blocks deadline. Contact Customer Support for inquiries.

 

 

 

APPAREL FAQ

How do I return an item I  am unsatisfied with and get a refund or exchange?

  • Ecomm?  Contact Customer Support and we will process your exchange.
  • Team Store? Due to the custom products that are offered in the team store, all sales are final. If the item you received is wrong or not as expected, please contact Customer Support.

My team’s custom store closed a few weeks ago, and I still have not received my order. What is the quoted delivery time on custom team stores?

The estimated ship date for each store is 6 weeks from the date that the store closed.

My shaft or head broke. What is the warranty on these items?

Carbon fiber shafts have a 1-year limited warranty, and all other shafts have a 6-month limited warranty. Heads have a 6-month limited. warranty. Contact Customer Support to initiate the warranty claim.

I received my order incomplete.  When can I expect my other items?

Most back ordered items will ship 1 to 2 weeks from the rest of the order. If it is longer than that, you will be contacted by an adrenaline rep.

I received the wrong size how do I get a replacement item?

Please contact Customer Support and we can process your exchange.
