Ford Fields:

Parking:

• Park at the Vail Village Parking Garage (241 E Meadow Dr, Vail, CO 81657) for free, and it is about a 5-minute walk to the fields, or you can take the free bus directly to the field.
• Park at field lot. Space is limited, and there might be a $10 town parking fee.
• Do not park on the frontage road. Do not park illegally because you will be ticketed and towed.
• Do not park in the bus lanes or the passenger drop-off area to unload/deliver supplies to the field​​​.

Vail Athletic Field:

Parking Options:

• Park at Village Parking Garage (241 E Meadow Dr, Vail, CO 81657) and take the free in-town bus. The bus will run every 15 minutes.
• Park at the field. Spots are limited, and there may be a $10 town parking fee
• No parking along the road or in the fields, you will be ticketed.

Homestake Peak School:

600 Eagle Rd, Vail, CO 81657

Parking Options:

• Park in the large parking lot between the fields
• Park on the north side of the frontage road. Please note, cars can only be parked on the north side.
• Park in the Eagle Vail Playground lot west of Field 5
• Do not park illegally because you will be ticketed and towed

Avon Amphitheater:

Parking Options:

• Park in the surrounding lots
• Do not park illegally because you will be ticketed and towed

Avon Elementary:  

Avon Elementary 805 West Beaver Creek Boulevard Avon, CO 81620

• Park in the parking lot of Avon Field 7 and walk past the lake. Please use the sidewalk on the left side of the lake.
• Do not park illegally because you will be ticketed and towed

Edwards Miller Ranch-Freedom Park:

450 Miller Ranch Road, Edwards, CO 81632

Parking Options:

• Park in any of the surrounding parking lots in designated spots. When walking, please follow designated walking areas.
• Parking will be EXTREMELY limited due to construction in the parking lot at Freedom Park. It is recommended to park in the Colorado Mountain College lot.
• There is also parking on the service road across from the entrance to the Colorado Mountain College lot
• Do not block bus lanes
• Please, no parking/player drop off along Miller Ranch Rd! You will be ticketed and towed.
• No parking in the neighborhood to the East of the fields
• Do not park illegally because you will be ticketed/towed

Please note that there are four fields at Miller Ranch-Freedom Park. In order from the large parking lot to the west of the fields will be referred to as follows on the schedule Edwards Turf Field 9, Edwards Center Field 10, (field next to turf field), Edwards East Field 11 next to the neighborhood, and Edwards Baseball Field 12 in the outfields of the baseball area.  

Battle Mountain High School Field:

151 Miller Ranch Road, Edwards, CO 81632

​Parking Options:

• Park at the high school parking lot by the stadium and walk to the fields
• There are limited parking spaces at the baseball field, and please do not park along the road – we need the space for emergency vehicles.
• You can also park in the Colorado Mountain College lot or on the service road across Miller Ranch Rd from that entrance. The service road is the closest to the field at Battle Mountain.
• Do not park illegally because you will be ticketed and towed

There is only one field at BMHS this year. BMHS turf stadium is currently under construction. BMHS Field 13 is the turf field behind the school.

Vail Mountain School:

3000 Booth Falls Rd, Vail, CO 81657

• From I-70, exit 180
• Take I-70 Frontage Road West to Booth Falls Road

Parking Options:

• Park in the lot directly in front of the field.
• Please do not park on the frontage road or the road leading up to Booth Creek Falls as this is a popular hike – you will be ticketed and towed.

ADRENALINE LACROSSE – HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Adrenaline Lacrosse has partnered with EventConnect to provide attendees/groups with the best available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience.

Our event is a “Stay to Play” event:  A good working relationship with hotels is critical for the long-term success of our event. For this reason, teams or attendees who are traveling from out of town are required to book their rooms through our Official Travel Partner, EventConnect, to ensure that our room blocks are utilized. In short, since the hotels are holding rooms for our event, we must use these rooms.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

Once you have registered for the tournament, you’ll be directed into the hotel feed for accommodation options.  These hotels meet certain standards and location guidelines set by the tournament and booking service.

Once you have found the hotel that best fits your team’s needs, you can block your rooms for free online and share your team block link with your group allowing reservations to be made.

We aim to get the schedule out one week prior to the event. Please note, that teams dropping and other factors may push back the release date of the schedule. We thank you in advance for your patience!

Any schedule requests must be submitted in writing at least one month prior to the start of the event. We cannot guarantee any requests but will do our best to accommodate if received within this time frame.

When making your travel arrangements, please keep in mind that it is important for your team to be available to play its last game on Thursday. Please allow for the possibility of having a late game on that day. It is unfair to other participating teams to forfeit games on the last day due to poor travel planning.

FREE AGENT POLICY
*REGISTRATION AS A FREE AGENT FOR EVENTS IS NOT GUARANTEED*

Players interested in participating in an event but are not on a team MUST register as a Free Agent on the Adrenaline website. There is a $1 non-refundable registration fee. If you are picked up by a team, an invoice for the full free agent fee will be created and needs to be paid before you are moved onto the team.

Once a player registers as a Free Agent, their contact information will be sent to all attending coaches/directors. If a team needs players for their team, the coach/director will contact the Free Agent directly

COACHES & DIRECTORS EXPECTATIONS

As a Coach/Director, I understand that:

• All of my players must be registered/paid prior to stepping foot on the field.  Any player not registered/paid will not be permitted to play.
• Eligibility requirements, at all levels of the game, must be followed.  Rules and requirements such as age, previous level of participation, and team transfers, have been established to encourage and maximize participation, fair play and to promote safety.  Adrenaline Tournament Rules can be found on each event page.
• I should always demonstrate positive behavior and reinforce these traits to players, parents, officials and spectators.  Players should be encouraged by coaches to demonstrate positive behavior and respect for teammates, opponents, officials and spectators.
• Spectators will be informed that positive behavior is required at all events and they should not get involved in any on field disputes.
• My first priority is the health and safety of the players assigned to my team.
• Grievances or misunderstandings between coaches, officials or any other parties involved with the sport should be communicated through the proper channels, never on the field of play or in view of spectators or participants.  All field tents have the ability to communicate with the Tournament Director or Main Information Tent.
• The use of profanity or vulgar language is unacceptable.
• The value of good sportsmanship, the concepts of fair play, and the skills of the game should always be placed above winning.
