FALL TRAINING SESSIONS
This 6 week training program will consist of 12 practices that will focus on player development! As with any solid foundation, we will begin with the basics. We will hone in on stick skills and progress throughout the sessions to introduce higher level concepts and drills. For more experienced players, this is a great oppportunity to get the stick in your hand in addition to club practices. We will separate out into an advance group that will focus on higher level stick work and small group play.
Each player will walk away feeling more confident with their stick, having a stronger field sense, and better understanding of the game overall! Players will be divided by age group and skill level.
