WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and to make things right!
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, our Returns Department will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the Return and Refund Policy above and make a separate purchase. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org by email to receive a Free Shipping Coupon to use on exchange purchases.
what if my item is damaged or defective?
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please email email@example.com with specific details and include images of the products. Our Returns Department will inspect the images and reply with instructions on return and replacement options.
What are your shipping policies?
All orders placed on Sunday – Thursday before 11:00pm PST will ship within 24 hours of order placement, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Those items that will not ship within 24 hours will express an estimated ship date. Orders placed after Noon PST on Friday or during the weekend will ship the following Monday. Any orders placed on Holidays will ship the following business day.
What are your tracking policies?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email to the email address provided on your original order with a tracking number to follow your shipment. At times, the tracking info is sent before your package is picked up by our shipping partner so it could be up to 24 hours before you’re able to see tracking details.
