9:00am-9:10am – Coaches Introductions
9:10am-9:30am – Movement Prep
9:30am-9:40am – Stick Work
9:40am-10:20am – Small Sided Unsettled Drills
10:20am-11:00am – Small
Sided Settled Drills
11:00am-12:00pm – Lunch
12:00pm-2:00pm – Scrimmages
2:00pm-3:00pm – Call Back Game (if necessary)
