· Team Values: Understanding the student athlete and his need to receive proper guidance and coaching on both a team and individual level.
· Program Goals: To provide outstanding instruction as well as prepare student athletes for specific experiences as a top level player.

Our full 24 – man roster of the 2016 Chargers group successfully committed to play lacrosse at the collegiate level (D1 and D3). CT Chargers has helped over 200 student athletes commit to play lacrosse at the collegiate level over the past 10 years.
